This custom screened-in porch blends the best of both worlds — open-air vibes with all the cozy perks of an indoor living space. We wrapped the entire build in crisp white PVC fascia and finished the floor in Trex Transcend’s rich Havana Gold, bringing warmth and contrast to the space.
Charcoal-tinted fiberglass screens were chosen for durability and pet resistance, giving the family peace of mind without compromising views or airflow. The vaulted ceiling features two 4×4 Velux skylights and a stunning two-tone finish — painted white panels paired with natural stained beams — letting light pour in while adding depth and architectural beauty.
Inside, we kept things clean with a minimal accent wall and plenty of space to relax, entertain, or just enjoy the breeze. Whether it’s morning coffee or evening cocktails, this porch was designed to elevate every season.
