2. Proposal & Retainer Agreement
Follow ing our consultation, we prepare a preliminary proposal outlining the general project scope, budget range, and anticipated timeline.
Once you're ready to move forward, a retainer agreement secures our collaboration and allows us to begin detailed design development and project planning.

With a signed retainer in place, we move into full design.

Once design development is complete, we present a final detailed construction proposal, confirm pricing and schedule, secure necessary permits, and complete all pre-construction preparations.

Our skilled craftsmen bring your design to life with precision, care, and attention to detail.
Throughout construction, your dedicated project manager keeps you informed and ensures that quality, cleanliness, and craftsmanship standards are maintained at every stage.

Upon completion, we walk through the project together — reviewing every aspect to ensure it meets our shared expectations.
Any final touch-ups are addressed promptly to ensure a flawless final result.
