A Space That Works With the Seasons
This elevated three-season porch was built to give the homeowners a relaxing escape that still feels connected to the rest of the house. We matched the existing roofline to make the structure feel like it belonged from day one — and carried that same attention to detail throughout.
The interior features a tongue-and-groove pine ceiling, stained to bring in warmth and texture, while ceramic tile flooring adds a clean, durable surface that handles the elements with ease. Full-height Sunspace windows with a charcoal tint help keep the space cool and comfortable without blocking the view.
To keep things modern and minimal, we used Trex Signature black aluminum railings that blend seamlessly into the room. Wrapped entirely in white PVC for a crisp finish, this porch is built for everyday use — coffee in the morning, dinners in the evening, and everything in between.
