Tucked into a steep backyard, this screened-in porch and deck combo called for more than just craftsmanship — it took some creative problem-solving. We installed a pressure-treated retaining wall to carve out a flat, usable space and anchored the new structure into place. The deck features Trex Transcend Island Mist boards and sleek black balusters, all wrapped in crisp PVC fascia for a clean, low-maintenance finish. What could’ve been a forgotten slope is now the highlight of the yard.
