More Than a Makeover
We gave this backyard a full refresh by tearing down an outdated addition and replacing it with a sharp new three-season room and matching deck setup. Now, it’s a space that actually works — whether you’re sipping coffee inside or grilling out back.
We used Sunspace windows to give the room an open, breezy feel while keeping the elements in check. On the exterior, Trex Transcend decking in Spiced Rum brings warmth and durability underfoot, paired with clean white vinyl railings and sleek black balusters for contrast.
And it’s not just about looks — we enclosed the underside of the structure to give the homeowners dry, protected storage for all their lawn and garden gear. Smart, sharp, and built to last.
