Screened-In Comfort Done Right
We tore out an old deck and replaced it with a clean, functional screened-in porch. Trex decking was used for a long-lasting floor, wrapped in white PVC fascia for a sharp, low-maintenance finish. We installed charcoal fiberglass screens for durability and added two 2’x2’ Velux skylights to bring in natural light.
Inside, a natural gas fireplace with stone chosen by the homeowner anchors the space — creating a cozy, all-season hangout that still looks polished from every angle.
