Unobstructed Views, Unmatched Upgrade
This project started with a blank slate — an outdated rear wall and an empty patch of lawn. We tore everything out and designed a brand-new porch and deck structure that completely changed how this home connects to the outdoors.
We installed new Trex decking throughout for a clean, durable surface and replaced the original French door to better anchor the new layout. The interior features a wood accent wall and two Velux 4’x4′ skylights that flood the space with natural light — bringing a warm, open feel even on cloudy days.
But what truly sets this build apart is the stainless steel cable railing. It provides security without sacrificing sightlines, offering an uninterrupted view of the wooded surroundings and creating a clean, modern edge to the entire structure.
Built to blend utility with elegance, this porch proves that the right details can completely transform a space — from the ground up.
